Some users may encounter Rhinoback software crashes when attempting to create a file backup set if Webdrive is installed and active on their computers.

This is a known incompatibility between the Rhinoback software and the technology that Webdrive utilizes. Rhinoback does not support backing up files located on a Webdrive virtual drive under Windows.
