Q10085 - HOWTO: How can I automate a local Mailbox backup for Exchange?
You can automate a local copy of the users mailboxes by selecting "Local Copy" from the Mailbox Backup Set. The Rhinoback software will store these files locally in addition to the files that are stored offsite on the Rhinoback server. The local copy of the backup does not utilize In-File Delta technology or any Retention Policies so the local copy is effectively a copy of the mailboxes at that point in time.
