How to enable Rhinoback Mailbox Level backup

How do I turn on the Mailbox Level Backup feature?

Answer:

The Rhinoback Mailbox Level backup feature requires that you have a Server Account

Once your server account is established, you can then request Mailbox Level Backup.

Note:

Mailbox level backup is an advanced feature that requires expertise in Exchange Server administration. Rhinoback support will assist in the setup and configuration of this feature. There is an additional cost of $1 per mailbox per month for mailbox level backup features.

The mailbox level backup feature is available on for Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2007. Support for Exchange Server 2010 will be available in Q2 2010. The mailbox level backup feature allows for backup and restore of individual mailboxes and even individual messages within an Exchange mailbox.
